When I originally came to ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ, I had very little experience with Mathematics. Through the mentoring and engagement with other mathematicians and faculty I have acquired a love of numbers. Due to this, I am now pursuing a long-term goal of becoming an Actuary. Receiving the Sieglinde Tallbot Haller Scholarship has afforded me the opportunity and means to study and take the introductory exams required to become an Actuary.
