Every Wednesday from 2-3pm in KOBL 201H
Let鈥檚 Talk is a free service offered virtually allowing students to check in for an informal and confidential consultation with a counselor. No appointment is necessary. Students are seen on first-come, first-served basis and sessions last 15-20 minutes.

This dedicated wellness room offers Leeds School of Business students a quiet space for mindfulness, relaxation and stress reduction. It provides a sanctuary for recharging, promoting mental clarity and overall well-being amidst the demands of academic life.
It is open on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please mind the availability of the room by observing the whiteboard on the door.

WellTrack: Meet WellTrack, a new mobile app to support your mental health
is a free app that is available to all 桃色视频 students. It is designed to help you understand your mental health and to provide you with the help that you need right now.
WellTrack's suite of online tools and courses use aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you identify, understand, and address issues like stress, resiliency, anxiety and/or depression. WellTrack is a self-guided and interactive way to manage your mental well-being.
The app also includes resources that can direct you to help if you are struggling with academics, finances, unwanted sexual contact, stress, sleep, relationships, physical health, and well-being.听 WellTrack can be used to complement the services and tools Health and Wellness Services already offers, but you do not need to use those services to start using the WellTrack app.
The data you input on WellTrack and your activity in the app is completely confidential. You can choose to share information with your CAPS or OVA听 counselor if you'd like, but it is not required. Your WellTrack information is not part of your clinical chart or academic records.
Download the WellTrack app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and login with your CU credentials for full, free, access.

Free and unlimited telehealth is also available through鈥Academic Live Care. The鈥Academic Live Care site also provides information about additional wellness services on campus that are available to students. Academic Live Care is another support offered to CU Students. It includes a broad range of services including urgent care, therapy, and psychiatry 24/7 accessible from anywhere in the US. Welfare checks can be instituted by any police department if you are concerned about the health, safety or welfare of someone. Be prepared to give the person of concern's exact address (residence hall and room number if on campus) as well as the reason for concern.
