Jacqueline Patterson, director of the NAACP Environmental and Climate Justice Program, joined students Natasha Viteri and Cynthia Vitale for a wide-ranging discussion of her work to rectify the unequal distribution of benefits and burdens around energy, environmental, and climate law and policy; on issues of intersectionality; on the false trade-off between justice and jobs; and on opportunities for our students and graduates to bring a justice focus to their work.
