Description: OCR enforces Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act by assisting individuals with disabilities who face discrimination and guiding institutions in finding solutions to civil rights problems. In this session, OCR representatives will provide information about the Rehabilitation Act and how OCR enforces Section 504, as well as demonstrate Section 504’s ongoing relevance by highlighting a sample of recent case resolutions. OCR will also discuss the work of OCR’s National Digital Accessibility Team.
