- Department officers and HR leaders discuss approval/denial decisions with applicants
- Friday, October 18, 12:00 PM: HR sends approval or denial messages to applicants
STEP 6
Tuesday, October 22
- Separation agreements are sent to applicants
- Applicants can review and consider for up to 45 calendar days from the date they receive the separation agreement
- Once signed, a copy will be sent to central HR, the departmental officer, and the departmental HR representative
- Once the separation agreement is signed, applicants have 7 days to revoke their agreement
- Following the 7-day revocation period, the agreement will become binding
STEP 7
December 5 and December 7, 2024
- January retirements: Separation agreements will expire on December 7
- June retirements: Separation agreements will expire on December 9
- Separation agreements must be returned to HR
