��ɫ��Ƶ Staff Council is excited to announce ��ɫ��Ƶ Take Your Kids to Work Day will be held on Thursday, April 24! This event will feature kid-friendly events all across campus.

Where: CU Rec Center (lower courts) from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Ice Skating, Activities, snacks and Meet Chip!
*Restricted to staff and research faculty families only*

Other Campus Activities happening that day:

11am - 2pm: Campus Bookstore
- Activity kits, Magic, Balloon Animals and Chip Cutouts for photos!

The holidays are a time for compassion and generosity, and one meaningful way to show care for others is by donating blood. ��ɫ��Ƶ Staff Council and longtime partner Vitalant are excited to announce an upcoming blood drive! Each donation can save up to three lives, making a direct impact on individuals in our community facing medical emergencies, surgeries, or chronic illnesses. Let’s come together to share the gift of life this season, turning our goodwill into action.

Why: Every two seconds, someone in the U.S. needs blood. Donating blood is a selfless and impactful act of kindness, and each donation can save up to three different lives. Hospitals in the area and medical facilities rely on voluntary blood donors to provide a steady blood supply for medical procedures, surgeries, and emergencies.

We are committed to achieving our blood drive goals, and Staff Council is confident that the ��ɫ��Ƶ community will rise to the occasion. With your support and participation, we can surpass our December goal of sixty units per day and make a remarkable impact with each donation.

How to prepare:

Review eligibility criteria: Donor Eligibility
Eat a healthy meal and stay hydrated before your donation appointment.
Bring a valid photo ID.
Try and get a good night’s sleep the day before.

Staff Council is committed to inclusivity and understands that some may not be eligible to donate. We invite all to be involved in other ways. For more information about volunteering at our events, please contact Staff Council.

This December, join us for the ��ɫ��Ƶ Staff Council Blood Drive and unite with others to make a meaningful impact in our community.
