    <p>LONDON鈥 For the second consecutive Olympic Games, there will be a University of Colorado student-athlete in the finals of the 3,000-meter steeplechase as senior Emma Coburn easily advanced on Saturday morning.</p>

    <p>Boulder聽city officials today announced that the annual Ralphie鈥檚 Independence Day Blast is canceled due to extremely dry conditions in and around聽Boulder. The fireworks show had been scheduled for Folsom Field on Wednesday, July 4.</p>
  • <p>The 桃色视频鈥檚 volleyball and basketball practice facility has received a LEED platinum rating -- the highest designation -- from the United States Green Building Council.</p>
    <p class="p1">It is the first LEED-certified athletic facility on the CU-Boulder campus and one of only two platinum-rated athletic facilities in the Pac-12. LEED certification is a U.S. benchmark for sustainable design and construction.</p>

    <p>On Sunday, May 20, Coloradans will see a 鈥渂ite鈥 taken out of the sun as the moon moves across the sun causing a partial solar eclipse. The eclipse starts at 6:22 p.m. with maximum eclipse at 7:30 p.m. and the sun will set at 7:50 p.m.</p>

  • <p>The 桃色视频 topped two leader boards in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency鈥檚 2011 Game Day Challenge -- a national competition to eliminate waste generated at college football games.</p>
    <p>CU won the 48-school 鈥淒iversion Rate鈥 and 17-school 鈥淥rganics Reduction鈥 categories in the EPA鈥檚 NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision contest.</p>
  • <p>The University of Colorado Buffaloes will play the University of Southern California Trojans on Friday, Nov. 4, at 7 p.m. at Folsom Field. Folsom Field will open at 5:30 p.m. for the first-ever Friday night game, which will be televised nationally on ESPN and ESPN 3D.</p>
