Change of Major and Intra-university Transfers
Are you a CU-Boulder undergraduate student looking to transfer to the Creative Technology and Design (CTD) major? Great! Here's how to get started:
- Current engineering students: Refer to the Change of Major page on the College of Engineering and Applied Science site for details on changing your major to Creative Technology and Design.
- Current students outside of engineering: Complete the Intra-University Transfer process for admission into the College of Engineering & Applied Science bachelor's degree programs.

Building Access
- Most academic buildings on campus, including the Roser ATLAS Center, are open and unlocked from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
- CU students, faculty and staff have extended access until 10:00 pm with a Buff OneCard at swipe access entrances.
- Swipe access pads for the Roser ATLAS building are located at the southeast (by the loading dock) and the northwest corners (by the walkway between Ketchum and the VAC).
- Students, faculty and staff who normally have weekend and after-hours access to the Roser ATLAS building will retain their current access.
Additional information regarding campus building access can be found on the Facilities Management website. If you have access issues, contact the BuffOne Office or email the ATLAS main office.
