Bill Estimator FAQs
Tuition and fees are approved by the Board of Regents annually in accordance with the level of cash fund appropriations set for the university by the Colorado General Assembly. Costs are published by June 1 each year for the following academic year. We recommend checking our website often.
This may have occurred for several different reasons. For example, tuition is determined by residency classification; college, school, program or area of study (if your first term of enrollment was prior to fall semester 2022); and the number of credit hours and classes in which you are enrolled. Fees and housing rates can vary, too. Please use Tuition & Fee Rate Sheets to verify your cost estimate.
You may encounter other potential costs as you begin the college admission process. Please keep in mind that these may or may not apply to you along with other costs unique to your program of study (i.e., lab fees for science classes).
- Application fee (if you are a Colorado resident applying as an undergraduate, please plan ahead for )

- On-campus housing deposit, if you live in the residence halls
- Residential Academic Program Fee, if you choose to participate in one of these programs
