Colorado MetroLab, a partnership between ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ and Colorado city governments, organized a design workshop where ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ environmental design (ENVD) students, neighborhood residents and elementary school students gave their ideas for revitalizing Boulder's University Hill area.
