Eligibility & Scheduling Options

The CU Children鈥檚 Center prioritizes children of 桃色视频 graduate and undergraduate students, faculty, staff and alumni. Applications from members of the greater Boulder community not affiliated with the campus are considered on a space-available basis. We offer multiple scheduling options to meet the needs of your family. See the monthly tuition tables for more details.

How to Apply

  • Please let us know of your interest in enrollment听by completing our Online Interest Form.
  • Should you indicate that you would like to move forward in the Enrollment Process, there is a $60 non-refundable application fee to secure a space on our Waitlist.

Step 3

  • We're excited to have your little one learn and grow with us!
  • When an age-appropriate opening is available, we will email you from the cuchildcare@colorado.edu address.
  • If we send out an enrollment offer and do not hear back from you within 36 hours, we will then contact the next appropriate family on the waitlist. At this point, families can accept, decline or request to remain on the waitlist for a future start date.
  • We allow families to alter their preferred start date and defer their enrollment two times. If a family declines for a third time, we will remove the child's name from the waitlist. If the family would like to reapply for the waitlist at a later time, they are welcome to initiate that process.

We strive to keep a balance in our classrooms based on gender and age.听We also prioritize siblings of currently enrolled students.听As a result, we invite families to come off the waitlist based on the needs of the classrooms and the age child that can best be supported there at a given time.

  • Once your family indicates your desire to join us at the Center, you will receive an email with the enrollment packet and an offer letter. A 鈥渇irst day at school鈥 is agreed upon. 听In addition, we will invite you to visit the teacher and classroom with your child on at least two occasions prior to the start date.
  • These one-hour visits are an enormous benefit to easing the transition of the child into the Center. They also give you a chance to get to know the teacher and share with them information about your child.
  • You will turn in the completed enrollment packet prior to your child's first day, in addition to a $200 registration fee.

Other Costs:

  • Waitlist Application Fee: $60/child
  • Registration Fee (upon enrollment): $200/child
  • Re-registration Deposit $200.00 (upon re-enrollment):听$200/family to secure a space for your child in the upcoming year

These fees are non-refundable.

Financial Support

We are incredibly fortunate to have received private funding for additional financial support for children enrolled at CUCC whose parents are also students at 桃色视频. The amount of additional support will be based on total applications and greatest need and will prioritize undergraduate students. This support is specifically funded by caring individuals to relieve the pressures of cost and availability of childcare, allowing the parent to focus more fully on academic advancement. We are incredibly thankful for the generosity of these donors.

If you and your child would benefit from support, either through a reduction in your current tuition rate, or through subsidized, full-time attendance five days per week (if your child currently attends 2-3 days and if space exists in your child鈥檚 classroom), we encourage you to contact us at cuchildcare@colorado.edu.
